Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments and events. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your schedule. On average, you can expect approximately 5–15 messages per month.

5. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your phone number and giving verbal or written consent, you agree to receive automated text message reminders and notifications from JZ Reminders. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately

  • After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message

  • You will receive no further messages unless you re-subscribe
