I consider myself extraordinarily fortunate. I'm blessed with an incredible family – an amazing wife and three remarkable daughters who enrich my life every day. My journey has also led me to a career that I find both deeply challenging and immensely rewarding.

What has made this journey complete is the exceptional group of individuals I’ve had the privileged to work with throughout my career. It's these individuals who, day in and day out, make me look good and help transform our collective vision into a reality.

However, if there's one thing I'm particularly proud of in my professional life, it's team-building. In my opinion, in today's ever-evolving and challenging work landscape, creating and nurturing an exceptional team is the ultimate achievement. Of all the accomplishments I've achieved in my career, none surpass the satisfaction that comes from creating jobs, bringing on board talented and dedicated individuals, and collaborating to shape a world-class brand and innovative products.
