Thinking / People and AI
Begin with the brief.
What are we solving for? Who is the work for? What would make it matter to them? Those questions give the team a shared purpose and give every tool a reason to be there.
Give the idea room.
Research, references and experiments open possibilities. People need space to notice something unexpected, challenge an assumption and find a better direction. The process has to leave room for discovery.
Keep hold of the work.
A creative project carries a history of choices. What has been tried, what has been learned and why a direction was chosen. Keeping that context available gives the next conversation a stronger place to begin.
Build around people.
AI changes what a team can make and how it can work. Trust, authorship and clear responsibility shape how those possibilities become useful. People bring the judgment that guides the work through uncertainty.
Let the audience decide.
The work eventually leaves the team. People see it, use it, feel something or move on. Their experience is the measure. It gives the next brief something real to learn from.
